摘要
目的分析湿热瘀结证慢性盆腔炎患者使用联合疗法的效果。方法随机抽取2021年3月—2022年3月肥城市中医医院湿热瘀结证慢性盆腔炎患者68例为研究对象,用双盲法均分为A组(穴位贴敷,34例)和B组(穴位贴敷+超声药物透入,34例),对比两组治疗有效率、中医证候评分、生活质量评分、炎性因子水平。结果治疗后,B组治疗有效率(97.06%)优于A组(76.47%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.610,P<0.05);治疗后,B组中医证候评分低于A组,生活质量评分高于A组,炎性因子指标优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论湿热瘀结证慢性盆腔炎使用超声药物透入、穴位贴敷的联合治疗方案效果理想。
Objective To analyze the effect of using combined therapy in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with damp-heat stasis evidence.Methods From March 2021 to March 2022,68 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of damp heat and blood stasis syndrome in Feicheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly selected as the research objects.Double blind method was used to divide them into group A(34 cases of acupoint application)and group B(34 cases of acupoint application+ultrasonic drug penetration).The therapeutic efficiency,TCM syndrome score,quality of life score,and inflammatory factor level were compared.Results After treatment,the effective rate of treatment in Group B was 97.06%,higher than that in Group A,which was 76.47%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.610,P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score in Group B was lower than that in Group A,and the quality of life score in Group B was higher than that in Group A,the inflammatory factor indicators in Group B were better than those in Group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment plan of ultrasonic drug penetration and acupuncture point application for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with damp-heat and stasis evidence is ideal.
