摘要
目的探究在糖尿病足合并小面积Ⅲ度烧伤患者中采用医护一体化护理模式的实际应用效果。方法搜集2021年8月—2022年8月于三明市第一医院烧伤科治疗的糖尿病足合并小面积Ⅲ度烧伤患者100例。按随机数表法将研究对象分为两组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取医护一体化护理,每组50例。对比两组患者的血糖情况、创面愈合效果、愈合时间、足部症状恢复情况。结果护理2周后,观察组各项血糖检测指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者足部烧伤创面愈合有效率为96.00%(48/50)高于对照组的82.00%(41/50),足部创面愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组足部各项症状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病足合并小面积Ⅲ度烧伤患者施行医护一体化护理可有效控制血糖水平,促进糖尿病足烧伤创面愈合恢复,减少足部并发症的发生,具有一定应用价值。
Objective To investigate the practical application effect of using integrated medical and nursing care model in patients with diabetic foot combined with small areaⅢdegree burns.Methods From August 2021 to August 2022,100 patients with diabetic foot combined with small areaⅢdegree burns treated in the Department of Burns,Sanming First Hospital were collected.According to the random number table method,the research subjects were divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given integrated nursing,with 50 cases in each group.The blood glucose,wound healing effect,healing time and foot symptom recovery were compared between the two groups of patients.Results After 2 weeks of nursing,the levels of blood glucose detection indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of foot burn wound healing in the observation group was 96.00%(48/50),which was higher than 82.00%(41/50)in the control group,and the foot wound healing time was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of foot symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of integrated medical and nursing care in patients with diabetic foot combined with small area ofⅢdegree burns can effectively control blood glucose level,promote the recovery of diabetic foot burn wound healing and reduce the occurrence of foot complications,which has certain application value.
