摘要
目的分析妇科糖尿病住院患者护理中综合护理对于患者血糖的控制效果,以期更好地控制患者血糖水平。方法选择2021年1—12月厦门市妇幼保健院妇科进行治疗的86例合并糖尿病的患者作为研究对象,按照护理方式的不同分为对照组和研究组,每组43例。对照组实施常规护理干预,研究组实施综合护理干预。对比干预前后血糖水平、不良反应发生情况以及患者满意度。结果干预前两组患者血糖指标对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者FPG、2 hPG水平较干预前下降明显,研究组患者各项数据低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者并发症发生率为4.65%,明显低于对照组的18.60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者护理满意度为93.02%高于对照组的76.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妇科糖尿病住院患者实施综合护理干预能够更好控制患者血糖水平,降低术后并发症发生率,且在提升患者满意度上也有积极意义,具有临床推广应用价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive care on blood glucose control in gynecologic diabetic in-patients in order to better control their blood glucose levels.Methods A total of 86 patients with diabetes mellitus who were treated in the department of gynecology of Xiamen Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to Decem-ber 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and study group according to dif-ferent nursing methods,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the study group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The blood glucose level,adverse reactions and patient satis-faction before and after intervention were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose index between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05);after nursing,the levels of FPG and 2 hPG in the two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention;the data of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 4.65%,which was significantly lower than 18.60%in the control group,the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 93.02%higher than 76.74%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing in-terventions for diabetic inpatients in gynecology can better control patients´blood glucose levels and reduce the inci-dence of postoperative complications,and also has positive significance in improving patients´satisfaction,which has clinical promotion value.
