摘要
目的探讨揿针联合中药坐浴治疗对痔疮术后疼痛、炎性因子的影响。方法将88例痔疮术后患者,按照区组随机化分组方法分为3组,对照组(给予双氯芬酸钠栓治疗),中药坐浴组(在对照组的基础上加用中药坐浴治疗)及中药坐浴+揿针组(在中药坐浴的基础上加用揿针治疗)。比较3组患者术后第1、7、14天视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分,比较3组患者渗液时间及创面愈合时间,比较术后第1、7天血清ESR、CRP水平。结果与术后第1天相比,3组的VAS评分、ESR、CRP水平均降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,中药坐浴组及中药坐浴+揿针组VAS评分及ESR、CRP水平显著减低,渗液时间及创面愈合时间均缩短,中药坐浴+揿针组较中药坐浴组更为显著,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论揿针联合中药坐浴能够改善痔疮术后患者的临床症状,其作用机制可能与抑制炎性因子水平有关。
Objective To explore the effect of thumbtack needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine hip bath on postoperative pain and inflammatory factors in patients with hemorrhoids.Methods Eighty-eight patients with hemorrhoids were divided into 3 groups according to the method of block randomization.The control group(treated with diclofenac sodium suppository),the traditional Chinese medicine sitz bath group(treated with traditional Chinese medicine sitz bath on the basis of the control group)and the traditional Chinese medicine sitz bath+press needle group(treated with press needle on the basis of the traditional Chinese medicine sitz bath).The visual analogue scale scores(VAS scores)on postoperative 1,7 and 14 days were compared among the three groups;the time of oozing and wound healing were compared among the three groups;the serum ESR and CRP levels on postoperative 1 and 7 days were compared.Results Compared with the first day after operation,the VAS score,ESR and CRP levels of the three groups were decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the VAS score,ESR and CRP levels in the Chinese medicine hip bath and the Chinese medicine hip bath group+intradermal needling group were significantly decreased,the exudation time and the wound healing time were shortened,and the Chinese medicine hip bath+intradermal needling group was more significant with a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion intradermal needling combined with traditional Chinese medicine hip bath can improve the postoperative clinical symptoms of hemorrhoid patients,and its mechanism may be related to inhibiting the level of inflammatory factors.
