摘要
目的探讨加速康复外科理念联合家庭护理干预在良性前列腺增生术后患者护理中的应用价值。方法研究对象为2018年3月至2020年3月在我院收治的84例良性前列腺增生患者,按就诊顺序编号,均分为两组,每组各42例。奇数编号患者为对照组,偶数编号患者为观察组。全部患者均接受经尿道口低温等离子前列腺剜除术(TUKEP)治疗,将围手术期常规护理干预应用于对照组,观察组在此基础上采取加速康复外科理念联合家庭护理干预。干预前后通过国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)评估两组患者症状情况。干预前后通过特异性生活质量问卷(BPHQLS)评估两组患者生活质量情况。结果干预前两组患者IPSS评分与BPHQLS评分无明显差异(P>0.05),经过干预后观察组IPSS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组BPHQLS评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对良性前列腺增生术后患者采取加速康复外科理念联合家庭护理干预效果确切,对于改善患者前列腺症状,提高患者生活质量具有积极作用,有助于促进患者康复。
Objective To explore the application value of accelerated rehabilitation surgery combined with family nursing intervention in postoperative nursing of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods Eighty-four cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were divided into two groups according to the number of treatment order,42 cases in each group.Odd number was control group,even number was observation group.All patients were treated with TUKEP.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention.The observation group was treated with accelerated rehabilitation surgery combined with family nursing intervention.International Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS)was used to evaluate the symptoms of the two groups before and after the intervention.Before and after the intervention,the quality of life of the patients in the two groups was evaluated by the specific quality of life questionnaire(BPHQLS).Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference between the IPSS score and BPHQLS score of the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the IPSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the BPHQLS score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery combined with family nursing intervention for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia is exact,which has a positive effect on improving the symptoms of prostate and the quality of life of patients,and is helpful to promote the rehabilitation of patients.
