摘要
目的研究输尿管软镜碎石术教学中采用操作技能直接观察(DOPS)评估效果。方法选择2021—2023年本院泌尿外科带教的学生56名,按照带教形式与评估方式的不同,分为试验组和对照组,分析带教效果。结果试验组学生末期SOAP量表评分明显高于中期SOAP量表评分,P<0.05,但初期、中期SOAP量表评分组间对比,差异无显著性,P>0.05;试验组学生综合能力、学生对带教老师满意度、学生批判性思维评分高于对照组,P<0.05。结论DOPS评估作为高效的一种教学和评估形式,可明显提升教学的效果。
Objective To study the evaluation effect of DOPS in the teaching of flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy.Methods From 2021 to 2023,56 students from the department of urology of our hospital were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the different teaching forms and evaluation methods,and the teaching effect was analyzed.Results The scores of the final SOAP scale in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the intermediate SOAP scale,P<0.05,and the comparison between the initial and intermediate groups,P>0.05,and the comprehensive ability,students'satisfaction with the teaching teacher,and critical thinking in the experimental group were higher than those the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion As an efficient form of teaching and assessment,DOPS assessment can significantly improve the effectiveness of teaching.
