粉砂地基降水深井打设合格率控制与提高方法

摘要 水利水运工程基坑开挖施工,需采取降水井等方式使地下水位降至工程施工部位以下,以保证土层开挖的稳定性。而粉砂地基具有结构稳定性差、富水性高等特征,降水井打设面临出水含砂量大、合格率低的问题。以涡河蒙城枢纽建设工程为例,研究提出粉砂地基降水深井打设合格率控制与提高方法,采用头脑风暴法从人、材、机、法、环、测6方面找到出水含砂量大的末端因素,通过现场检查等方法对末端因素逐一分析,确定要因并制定相应对策。针对每条要因,从对策制定、所要达到的目标、采取的措施以及责任人等方面进行一一明确,获得了良好的效果。 During the excavation of foundation pit of water conservancy and transportation engineering,dewatering wells shall be adopted to lower the groundwater level below the construction site to ensure the stability of soil excavation.The silty sand foundation has the characteristics of poor structural stability and high water yield.The dewatering well is faced with the problems of large sand content and low qualification rate.Taking the construction project of Mengcheng hydroproject of Wohe River as an example,a method of controlling and improving the qualification rate ofdeep dewatering wells on silty sand foundation is proposed in this paper.The end factors with large sand content in water are found by brainstorming from six aspects ofhuman,material,machine,method,environment and measurement.The end factors are analyzed one by one through on-site inspection and other methods to determine the main factors and formulate corresponding countermeasures.For each major factor,the formulation of countermeasures,the objectives to be achieved,the measures to be taken and the responsible person have been clarified one by one,and good results have been achieved.
