摘要
为研究环氧沥青厂拌热再生技术在高速路面养护中的应用,依据实际工程,结合室内试验,对环氧沥青、集料、填料、RAP料等原材料性能进行研究,制定出油石比和级配大小,通过混合料试验对环氧沥青再生混合料性能进行验证,重点对环氧沥青再生混合料施工技术要点进行研究,研究结果表明环氧沥青厂拌热再生技术可有效改善沥青路面病害问题,延长公路使用寿命。
In order to study the application of epoxy asphalt plant-mixed hot regeneration technology in high-speed pavement maintenance,based on practical projects and combined with laboratory tests,the properties ofraw materials such as epoxy asphalt,aggregate,filler and RAP material are studied,and the oilstone ratio and gradation size are worked out.The performance of epoxy asphalt regenerated mixture was verified by mixing test.The key points of construction technology of epoxy asphalt regenerated mixture are studied.The results show that the epoxy asphalt plant-mixed hot regeneration technology can effectively improve the disease of asphalt pavement and prolong the service life of highway.
