摘要
“心与小肠相表里”理论是藏象学说的理论核心之一。以博览医书—中医古籍文献数据库中所涉及的中医古籍为主要检索书目,对记载有心与小肠相表里理论的相关古籍进行系统整理与分析,梳理心与小肠相表里理论的历史源流及发展脉络,认为该理论萌芽于秦汉时期、形成于晋隋唐时期、发展于宋金元时期、成熟于明清时期、变革于清末民初时期,并对该理论的经脉络属、生理与病理联系、病机与临床辨治等进行探析,以进一步建立心与小肠相表里理论的系统逻辑性,更深层次发掘该理论旨要,启发中医思维,指导中医临床诊疗。
In terms of the theory of visceral manifestation,"the interior-exterior relationship between the heart and small intestine"is one of its theoretical cores.This article mainly searched the ancient Chinese medicine books in"Expo Medical Books-Database of Ancient Chinese Medicine Books"(www.imedbooks.com),systematically orga-nized and analyzed relevant ancient books,and sorted out the historical origin and development of the theory of"the interior-exterior relationship between the heart and small intestine".It is believed that this theory,originated in the Qin and Han dynasties,was formed in the Jin,Sui,and Tang dynasties,developed in the Song,Jin,Yuan,matured in the Ming and Qing dynasties,and changed in the late Qing and early Republic of China.This paper also explored the ascribing of channels and collaterals,the physiology and pathology relationship,pathogenesis and clinical differ-entiation and treatment of"the interior-exterior relationship between the heart and small intestine"theory,which helps to establish the systematic logic of this theory,dig deeper into the theory's essence,inspire traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)thinking,and guide TCM clinical practice.
