临床路径式教学法在内分泌科临床带教中的初步探讨 被引量:1

摘要 内分泌疾病的临床路径管理实施可努力提高医疗行为执行效率,强化提升医疗服务质量,大幅降低医院诊疗成本支出。中医学是运用中医理论指导实践为主的一门临床学科,中医临床路径在保证医疗质量的前提下又发挥了中医药优势特色。临床路径式教学法将以循证医学证据和指南为指导建立的标准化治疗模式与治疗程序的临床路径理念贯穿于临床带教过程中,可激发带教学生的临床学习兴趣,鼓励其自主发现临床诊疗常见多发问题,通过掌握内分泌科中医优势病种,如消渴病、脾瘅、气瘿、虚劳、石瘿的临床路径,积极拓展临床思路,发挥中医提高生活质量的优势特色,全面提升诊疗能力;结合学生所学课程中专业知识相对呈碎片化的状态,强化临床路径诊疗理念,也能突出中医临床诊疗过程的流程化、系统化,在有限的学习周期内提升带教效率。临床路径式教学法的满意度高,学生可获得较高的出科成绩,促进教学相长,从而提高临床带教效果。 The implementation of clinical pathway management of endocrine diseases can improve the efficiency of medical behavior implementation,enhance medical service quality,and reduce hospital diagnosis and treatment costs.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) is a clinical discipline that mainly uses the TCM theory to guide practice.The clinical pathway of TCM has also played its advantages and characteristics on the premise of ensuring medical quality.The clinical pathway teaching method applies the clinical pathway concept of standardized treatment mode and treatment procedure established under the guidance of evidence-based medical evidence and guidelines in clinical teaching,which stimulates students' interest in clinical learning and encourages them to discover common problems in clinical diagnosis and treatment independently.By mastering the clinical pathway of diseases easily to be treated with TCM in the endocrinology department,such as consumptive thirst disease,spleen-heat syndrome,qi goiter,consumptive disease,and stony goiter,we can actively expand clinical thinking,give full play to the advantages of TCM in improving the quality of life,and comprehensively enhance the ability of diagnosis and treatment;in view of fragmented professional knowledge learned by students in the course,the concept of clinical pathway diagnosis and treatment is strengthened,and the process and systematization of clinical diagnosis and treatment of TCM are highlighted,with the teaching efficiency improved in the limited learning cycle.The satisfaction degree of the clinical pathway teaching method is high,and students can get higher grades,which promotes teaching and learning,so as to improve the effect of clinical teaching.
