摘要
为了研究城区中心高层住宅楼的拆除方法,本文结合城区中心某高层统办大楼机械拆除工程,运用BIM技术研究了拆除工艺流程及施工关键技术,分析了拆除高层住宅所需机械设备的吊运,以及机械设备在作业面拆除作业时的行走路线,提出拆除过程中安全控制的措施,结果表明:城区中心高层建筑宜采用自上而下机械拆除,严格按绿色施工拆除要求实施,在保证拆除安全的同时,有效地控制了拆除过程的噪音、扬尘、高空坠物、垃圾清运对周围环境的影响,回收再利用钢材、碎石混凝土、管线、设备等再生资源,共计成本97.2万元,为同类城区中心高层住宅拆除工程提供了借鉴。
In order to study the demolition methods of high-rise residential buildings in the urban center,this article combines the mechanical demolition project of a high-rise unified office building in the urban center,uses BIM technology to study the demolition process and key construction technologies,analyzes the lifting of mechanical equipment required for the demolition of high-rise residential buildings,as well as the walking route of mechanical equipment during the demolition operation on the working face,and proposes safety control measures during the demolition process.The results indicate that high-rise buildings in the urban center should be demolished using top-down machinery,strictly following the requirements of green construction demolition.While ensuring demolition safety,the impact of noise,dust,high-altitude objects,and garbage removal during the demolition process on the surrounding environment is effectively controlled.The recycling and reuse of recycled resources such as steel,crushed stone concrete,pipelines,and equipment costs a total of 972000 yuan.This provides a reference for the demolition of high-rise residential buildings in similar urban areas.
