摘要
文章旨在研究菜籽粕替代豆粕对肉鸡生长性能、血清生化指标及饲养经济效益的影响,试验将600只1日龄AA肉鸡随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复50只。其中,对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,试验1、2、3组分别采用4%、8%、12%的脱毒菜籽粕替代豆粕,试验为期42d。结果表明:(1)试验1、2组肉鸡21、42d体重显著高于对照组、试验3组(P<0.05),试验1、2组肉鸡22~42d、1~42d料重比(F/G)显著低于对照组、试验3组(P<0.05)。(2)对照组肉鸡血清中总蛋白(TP)浓度显著高于试验3组(P<0.05),对照组肉鸡血清中低密度脂蛋白(LdL)浓度显著低于试验3组(P<0.05),对照组、试验1、2组肉鸡血清中谷草转氨酶(AST)浓度显著低于试验3组(P<0.05),对照组、试验1组肉鸡血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)浓度显著低于试验3组(P<0.05)。(3)在只考虑饲料成本支出的情况下,试验1、2、3组肉鸡饲养经济效益分别比对照组提高1.59、2.91、1.76元/只。结论:随着菜籽粕添加水平的提高,肉鸡生长性能和饲养经济效益呈先上升后下降的趋势,且高比例菜籽粕会影响肉鸡血清生化指标,菜籽粕的适宜添加量为8%。
In order to study the effects of rapeseed meal replacing soybean meal on the growth performance,serum biochemical indicators,and feeding economic benefits of broilers,6001 d AA broilers were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups,with 3 replicates in each group,with 50 broilers in each replicate.Among them,the control group used a corn soybean meal based diet,while the experimental groups 1,2,and 3 used 4%,8%,and 12%detoxicated rapeseed meal instead of soybean meal,respectively.The experimental period was 42 days.The results showed that:(1)The body weight of broilers in Experiment 1 and 2 groups on the 21st and 42nd days was significantly higher than that of the control group and Experiment 3 groups(P<0.05),while the F/G of broilers in Experiment 1 and 2 groups on the 22~42nd and 1~42nd days was significantly lower than that of the control group and Experiment 3 groups(P<0.05).(2)The TP concentration in the serum of the control group broilers was significantly higher than that of the experimental group 3(P<0.05),the LDL concentration in the serum of the control group broilers was significantly lower than that of the experimental group 3(P<0.05),the AST concentration in the serum of the control group,experimental group 1 and 2 broilers was significantly lower than that of the experimental group 3(P<0.05),and the ALT concentration in the serum of the control group and experimental group broilers was significantly lower than that of the experimental group 3(P<0.05).(3)When only considering feed cost expenditure,the economic benefits of feeding broilers in Experiment 1,2,and 3 groups were increased by 1.59 yuan/piece,2.91 yuan/piece,and 1.76 yuan/piece compared to the control group,respectively.Conclusion:With the increase of rapeseed meal addition level,the growth performance and feeding economic benefits of broilers show a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,and a high proportion of rapeseed meal will worsen the serum biochemical indicators of broilers.The appropriate amount of rapeseed meal addition is 8%.
