火龙果加工副产物对鸸鹋生长性能和抗氧化能力的影响

摘要 文章旨在探讨火龙果加工副产物对鸸鹋的生长性能和抗氧化能力的影响,对火龙果皮进行发酵,对发酵产物进行感官评测和营养成分测定,同时将20只同批次身高、体重接近的7月龄健康鸸鹋随机分成4组,每组5只进行试验,对照组鸸鹋饲喂基础饲料和青绿饲料,试验各组分别用发酵火龙果皮饲料代替10%、20%、30%的基础饲料,其他条件相同,试验结束后对各组鸸鹋进行生长性能和抗氧化能力检测。结果显示,发酵火龙果皮饲料为优良等级;发酵饲料干物质、粗蛋白质、可溶性蛋白含量显著增加(P<0.05);蛋白酶和纤维素酶活性显著提高(P<0.05);各试验组鸸鹋的平均日采食量、终末体重、平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著下降(P<0.05);各试验组鸸鹋的血清生化指标变化不大;血清T-AOC、GSH-Px、SOD显著提高(P<0.05),MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:发酵火龙果皮饲料能显著提高鸸鹋的生长性能和抗氧化能力,可开发为鸸鹋饲料。 In order to investigate the effects of dragon fruit processing by-products on the growth performance and antioxidant capacity of Emu,Dragon fruit peel was fermented,and the sensory evaluation and nutritional components of the fermented products were determined.Twenty healthy 7-month-old emu with similar height and weight in the same batch were randomly selected and divided into 4 groups,5 in each group.The control group was fed with basic feed and green feed,and the experimental groups were fed with fermented dragon fruit peel feed instead of 10%,20%,30%of the basic feed,other conditions were the same.After the experiment,the growth performance and antioxidant capacity of each group of emu were tested.The results showed that fermented dragon fruit peel feed was excellent grade;the contents of dry matter,crude protein and soluble protein in fermented feed increased significantly.The activities of protease and cellulase were significantly increased(P<0.05).The average daily feed intake,final body weight and average daily gain of emu in each experimental group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed weight ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The serum biochemical indexes of emu in each experimental group did not change much;the activities of serum antioxidant enzymes T-AOC,GSH-Px and SOD were significantly increased(P<0.05),and MDA was decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fermented dragon fruit peel feed can significantly improve the growth performance and antioxidant capacity of emu,and can be developed as emu feed.
