摘要
钢结构支柱是高铁站房和雨棚的重要结构,支柱积水导致的内壁锈蚀和积水冻胀等问题严重影响了钢结构支柱的安全性及耐久性,开展钢柱积水检测技术研究具有重要现实和应用意义。研究超声波与钢柱本体和积水层的作用关系及声场传播特性,采用COMSOL软件建立钢柱有限元模型,仿真超声波在钢柱有积水和无积水状态下的声场分布,分析超声波在不同传播介质里的能量占比。搭建实验平台,通过信号收发系统实现对钢结构立柱超声波激励和超声信号的采集。仿真和试验结果表明,对采集的超声信号进行时频分析可实现立柱积水有无的有效判断和积水高度的准确测量。
It has very important realistic meaning and application significance that is conducting research on steel column water accumulation detection technology,because inwall corrosion and water freezing caused by pillar water accumulation seriously affect the safety and durability of steel structure pillars,that is important structures of high-speed railway station buildings and rain canopy.To study the interaction relationship between ultrasonic wave and steel column body and water accumulation layer and the transmissions characteristics of sound field,COMSOL software is used to establish the finite element model of steel column,simulate the distribution of ultrasonic wave field in the steel column with water accumulation,and analyze the energy proportion of ultrasonic wave in different transmission media.Through building an experimental platform,it has been collected that is ultrasonic excitation and signals from steel structure columns through a signal transmission and reception system.The simulation and experimental results indicate that time-frequency analysis of the collected ultrasonic signals can effectively determine whether there is water accumulation in the column and accurately measure the height of ponding.
