摘要
随着我国高铁从引进到引领的飞速发展,高铁桥梁简支箱梁标准跨度也由32 m向40 m不断迈进。江苏南沿江城际高铁首次大规模采用40 m/1000 t级简支箱梁结构形式,为确保40 m简支箱梁工厂化预制施工质量,在32 m简支箱梁预制施工常规工艺基础上,对40 m简支箱梁预制施工工艺,特别是对钢筋加工和安装、箱梁内模、混凝土浇筑和振捣、混凝土养护及预应力施工等工艺进行改进研究,总结形成了一整套40 m简支箱梁标准化施工工艺。现场应用实践表明,该改进工艺预制的箱梁,质量可靠、操作标准,可为其他高铁40 m简支箱梁预制提供借鉴。
With the rapid development of China's high-speed railway from introduction to leadership,the standard span of simply supported box girders for high-speed railway bridges has also been continuously advancing from 32 m to 40 m.For the first time,the Jiangsu South Yangtze River Intercity High-Speed Railway has adopted a 40 m/1000 t level simply supported box girder structure on a large scale.In order to ensure the quality of factory prefabricated construction of 40 m simply supported box girders,based on the conventional construction process of 32 m simply supported box girders,improvement research has been conducted on the prefabrication construction process of 40 m simply supported box girders,especially on the processing and installation of steel bars,internal formwork of box beams,concrete pouring and vibration,concrete curing and prestressed construction processes.A complete set of standardized construction techniques for 40 m simply supported box girders has been summarized and formed.The on-site application practice shows that the prefabricated box girder with this improved process has reliable quality and standard operation,which can provide reference for the prefabrication of 40 m simply supported box girders on other high-speed railways.
