摘要
为了更好地突出硅酮结构胶的拉伸粘接强度、闭水性、耐水性等特点,提高相关防水工程的施工质量,以硅酮结构胶为研究对象,提出一套行之有效的聚丙烯塑料防水板和混凝土粘接试验方案。分析了硅酮结构胶组成与特点,将聚丙烯塑料防水板与混凝土进行有效地粘接,从而更好地验证和测试硅酮结构胶的拉伸强度、耐水性、耐久性等性能,对工程模拟闭水性能进行试验。结果表明:提出的粘接试验方案具有较高的可靠性和可行性,不仅可以有效地提高地聚合物的耐久性、力学性能,还能确保地聚合物内部结构的致密性和微观性,符合实际应用需求。
In order to better highlight the characteristics of silicone structural adhesive,such as tensile bond strength,water tightness and water resistance,and improve the construction quality of related waterproof projects,an effective test scheme for bonding polypropylene plastic waterproof board and concrete is proposed with“silicone structural adhesive”as the research object.Firstly,the silicone structural adhesive is introduced from its composition,characteristics,main problems,relevant selection and precautions in use.Secondly,silicone structural adhesive is used to effectively bond polypropylene plastic waterproof board with concrete,so as to better verify and test the tensile strength,water resistance,durability and other properties of silicone structural adhesive.Finally,the engineering simulation water closure performance is tested.The results show that the bonding test scheme proposed in this paper has high reliability and feasibility.It can not only effectively improve the durability and mechanical properties of geopolymer,but also ensure the compactness and microcosmicity of the internal structure of geopolymer,fully meeting the practical application requirements.
