涂层改性碳纤维掺量增强混凝土性能的研究 被引量:5

摘要 为提升工程建筑中碳纤维增强混凝土的力学性能,在水泥基复合材料中掺入了不同长度和不同掺量的碳纤维和涂层改性碳纤维,研究碳纤维/涂层改性碳纤维长度和掺量对纤维增强水泥基复合材料抗折强度和抗压强度的影响。结果表明:在不同碳纤维/涂层改性碳纤维长度下,随着碳纤维/涂层改性碳纤维掺量逐渐增加,碳纤维/涂层改性碳纤维增强水泥基复合材料的抗折强度整体呈现逐渐增大的特征;在相同碳纤维/涂层改性碳纤维掺量下,碳纤维/涂层改性碳纤维长度越大则对应碳纤维/涂层改性碳纤维增强水泥基复合材料的抗折强度越高;在不同碳纤维/涂层改性碳纤维长度下,碳纤维/涂层改性碳纤维增强水泥基复合材料的抗压强度随着碳纤维/涂层改性碳纤维掺量逐渐增加先增后减;在碳纤维/涂层改性碳纤维掺量为0.6%时取得抗压强度最大值。适宜的碳纤维/涂层改性碳纤维掺量为0.6%。 In order to improve the mechanical properties of carbon fiber reinforced concrete in engineering construction,different lengths and dosages of carbon fiber and coating modified carbon fiber were added to cement-based composite materials.The effects of the length and dosages of carbon fiber/coating modified carbon fiber on the flexural and compressive strength of fiber-reinforced cement-based composite materials were studied.The results indicate that under different lengths of carbon fibers/coating modified carbon fibers,as the content of carbon fibers/coating modified carbon fibers gradually increases,the overall flexural strength of carbon fibers/coating modified carbon fibers reinforced cement-based composites shows a gradually increasing feature.At the same content of carbon fibers/coating modified carbon fibers,the longer the length of carbon fiber/coating modified carbon fiber,the higher the flexural strength of the carbon fiber/coating modified carbon fiber reinforced cement-based composite material.Under different lengths of carbon fiber/coating modified carbon fiber,as the content of carbon fiber/coating modified carbon fiber gradually increases,the overall compressive strength of carbon fiber/coating modified carbon fiber reinforced cement-based composites first increases and then decreases.The maximum compressive strength is achieved when the content of carbon fiber/coating modified carbon fiber is 0.6%.The appropriate carbon fiber/coating modified carbon fiber content is 0.6%.
