摘要
采用实沸点蒸馏法对催化裂化(FCC)汽油进行了窄馏分切割,并对窄馏分的族组成、辛烷值、总硫及硫形态分布进行了测定。结果表明:窄馏分的烯烃质量分数在0.98%~57.08%,烯烃的含量随着馏分沸点的升高而显著降低,FCC汽油中约90%的烯烃(主要是C_(5),C_(6),C_(7))集中在<120℃的馏分中;正构烷烃质量分数在1.60%~5.17%,异构烷烃质量分数在18.98%~35.21%,环烷烃质量分数在4.19%~17.25%,烷烃含量随着馏分沸点的升高,呈中间高两头低的分布趋势,120~140℃馏分中烷烃含量最高;FCC汽油中占比约50%的烷烃集中在<70℃馏分和>150℃馏分中,70~150℃馏分中烷烃的分布比较均匀;窄馏分的芳烃质量分数为0~61.19%,其含量随着馏分沸点的升高而升高,约90%的芳烃集中在>120℃的馏分中,其中约76%的芳烃集中在<150℃的馏分中;FCC汽油中辛烷值呈现两头高中间低的分布,100~110℃馏分的辛烷值最低;FCC汽油中约90%的硫化物集中在>110℃馏分中。
The catalytic cracking(FCC)gasoline is cut into narrow fraction using the true boiling point distillation,and the group composition,octane number,total sulfur content,and sulfur species distribution of the narrow fraction are determined.The olefin mass fraction of narrow fractions ranges from 0.98%to 57.08%,which significantly decreases with the increase of boiling point of the fractions.About 90%of olefins in FCC gasoline are concentrated in light fractions below 120℃,mainly C_(5),C_(6),C_(7) olefins.The mass fraction of normal alkanes ranges from 1.60%to 5.17%,the mass fraction of isomeric alkanes ranges from 18.98%to 35.21%,and the mass fraction of cycloalkanes ranges from 4.19%to 17.25%.As the boiling point of the fraction increases,the alkane content shows a distribution trend of high in the middle and low in both ends,with the highest value in the 120~140℃fraction.About 50%of the alkanes in FCC gasoline are concentrated in the 70℃and 150℃fractions,and the distribution of alkanes in the 70~150℃fractions is relatively uniform.The aromatics mass fraction in narrow fractions ranges from 0 to 61.19%,and the content increases with the increasing of boiling point of the fraction.About 90%of aromatics are concentrated in heavy fractions above 120℃,in which about 76%are concentrated in heavy fractions below 150℃.The RON shows a distribution of low in the middle and high at both ends,with the lowest value in the 100~110℃fractions.The sulfides in FCC gasoline are mainly thiols,thioethers and thiophene type sulfides.About 90%of the sulfides is in the fraction above 110℃,with 67.5%thiophenes type sulfides.
