摘要 为研究缠绕层体积性缺陷及线性缺陷对大容积缠绕气瓶安全性能影响,通过对带有不同尺寸缠绕缺陷的大容积缠绕气瓶进行疲劳试验、爆破试验,并采用有限元分析等方法研究了不同尺寸的缠绕层缺陷对内胆应力状态、缠绕层应力状态影响。通过有限元分析,对于面积为250 mm×250 mm,深度为3 mm的体积性缺陷,内胆应力几乎未变,缠绕层应力增加38.9%,经历11000次疲劳试验,未发生变化。在爆破试验中,对于含面积为250 mm×250 mm缠绕层缺陷的大容积缠绕气瓶,当缺陷深度分别为3 mm时,爆破压力下降9.9%,略低于设计爆破压力,仍满足安全使用要求,当缺陷深度为6 mm时,爆破压力大幅下降20.9%。研究结果表明,对于轴向长度不超过250 mm,深度不超过3 mm的缠绕层缺陷,大容积气瓶安全性能仍满足使用要求,如缺陷深度超过3 mm,可评定为Ⅲ级。 In order to the influence of wound layer volume defect and linear defect on safety performance of large-volume composite cylinder,the influences of wound layer defects of different sizes on stress state of the liner and stress state of wound layer were studied by means of fatigue test,burst test and finite element analysis.Through FE analysis,for volume defect with an area of 250 mm×250 mm and a depth of 3.0 mm,the liner stress is almost unchanged,but the wound layer stress increases by 38.9%.In the fatigue test,after more than 11,000 fatigue tests,the large-volume wound cylinder with 3.0 mm deep defects remained intact.In the burst test,for wound layer defect with an area of 250 mm×250 mm,when the defect depth is 3.0 mm,the burst pressure drops by 9.9%,which is slightly lower than the design burst pressure,but still meets the safe service requirement;when the defect depth is 6 mm,the burst pressure significantly by 20.9%.The research results show that for the wound layer defect with axial length not exceeding 250 mm and depth not exceeding 3 mm,the large-volume gas cylinder still meets the safe service requirements.If the defect depth exceeds 3 mm,it can be assessed as levelⅢ.
