Access to various distributed generation such as photovoltaics and wind turbines has changed the structure and operation of the traditional distribution network. Therefore it has become an important research topic to establish an intuitive distributed power access evaluation system and to reasonably evaluate the carrying capacity of the distribution network connected to distributed power in the new power system. The maximum capacity of wind power and photovoltaic connected to the new distribution network with renewable energy and reactive power compensation devices is used as the objective function to establish the carrying capacity model of the distribution network. It is converted into a second-order cone programming model for the solution. Then,a multi-level carrying capacity evaluation system is established by taking into account the high quality, economy, and flexibility of the distribution network operation, and a carrying capacity evaluation index is calculated according to the model solution results. The calculation results of the evaluation indicators are transformed into the calculation model of the comprehensive score. Finally, through an example analysis of the IEEE33 node computing power model, the results show that the proposed evaluation method is more comprehensive and effective.
