摘要
糖尿病患者存在糖代谢异常,导致机体长时间处于过度氧化应激、持续炎症、血管神经病变以及细菌感染,使其创面往往愈合不良.随着纳米技术的高速发展,纳米材料响应糖尿病创口愈合的特殊生理过程,提供个性化治疗方案备受关注.通过深入分析糖尿病创口愈合不良的原因,以及无机纳米材料具有的独特的模拟酶特性,总结各种无机纳米材料在促进糖尿病创面愈合的作用机理.
Due to abnormal glucose metabolism in diabetic patients resulting in prolonged excessive oxidative stress,persistent inflammation,vascular neuropathy,and bacterial infection,their wounds often heal poorly.With the rapid development of nanotechnology,nanomaterials responding to the special physiological process of diabetic wounds healing and the provision of personalized treatment solutions are of great interest.Therefore,this paper deeply analyzes the causes of poor healing of diabetic wounds,and summarizes the mechanism of various inorganic nanomaterials in promoting diabetic wound healing based on their unique enzyme-mimicking properties.
