摘要
车门水平过载主要是针对车门使用者的误操作,虽然较少出现,但是如果车门经过多次过开会导致性能变差,甚至无法关闭车门,将会造成客户对该产品的质量性能的抱怨。文章分别建立了含尾门上下铰链局部模型,快速得出了尾门上下铰链加强优化方案,结合尾门水平过载仿真及试验进一步验证优化方案的合理性。仿真及试验结果表明,该尾门上下铰链加强方案对于尾门水平过载性能要求同样满足设计目标。
The door horizontal overload is mainly aimed at the misoperation of the door user,although it is rare.However,if the door has been held for many times,resulting in poor performance or even failure to close the door,customers will complain about the quality and performance of the product.In the paper,the local models including the upper and lower hinges of the tailgate are established respectively,and the optimization scheme of the upper and lower hinges of the tailgate is obtained quickly.Then,the rationality of the optimization scheme is further verified by the simulation and experiment of the tailgate horizontal overload.The simulation and test results show that the upper and lower hinges of the tailgate are also designed to meet the requirements for the horizontal overload performance of the tailgate.
