摘要
信息技术的快速更新和海量信息的爆发给职业人才培养带来了前所未有的压力和考验。职业院校的毕业生只有具备更高层次的知识和技能,才能适应快速变化的社会和经济环境。综合相关研究,发现当下职业教育存在教育质量参差不齐、重视理论知识而忽视实践能力、教育与职业发展脱节等问题,并提出了相应的对策研究。对未来职业人才培养的可能性趋势作出了展望,认为未来职业教育应当重视学生的跨学科综合能力、数字化和智能化技术、创新和创业能力、国际化视野和跨文化交流能力以及社会责任和可持续发展意识的培养,以应对信息化时代的快速更迭。
The rapid update of information technology and the explosion of massive information have brought unprecedented pressure and test to talent cultivation.Graduates of vocational colleges need higher-level knowledge and skills to adapt to the rapidly changing social and economic environment.Based on relevant research at home and abroad,it is found that the current vocational education has problems such as the uneven quality of education,the emphasis on theoretical knowledge,the neglect of practical abilities,the uneven distribution of education resources and the disconnection between education and professional development.Corresponding countermeasures have been proposed for research.This paper looks forward to the possible trend of talent cultivation in the future,and believes that the focus of future vocational education should be put on the cultivation of students’interdisciplinary comprehensive abilities,digital and intelligent technology,innovation and entrepreneurship ability,international vision and cross-cultural communication ability,as well as social responsibility and awareness of sustainable development,in order to cope with the rapid change of the information age.
