“双碳”目标下电力转型差异化路径动态选择方法研究

摘要 为促进电力行业的加速转型,并在这一过程中实现节能减排,开展在“双碳”目标下的电力转型差异化路径动态选择方法研究。在明确“双碳”目标的基础上,设定电力行业碳减排额度;从基准情景和加速情景2个方面,建立电力行业转型差异化情景;通过建立以全社会总成本最小化为目标的函数以及相应约束条件,构建差异化路径动态选择模型,从而实现对电力转型路径的动态选择。通过实例证明,新的选择方案可以应用于实际,且能够根据选择结果,确定最佳电力转型方案,实现“碳达峰”与“碳中和”目标。 In order to promote the accelerated transformation of the power industry and achieve energy conservation and emission reduction in this process,a study on the dynamic selection method of differentiated paths for power transformation under the“dual carbon”goal was carried out.Set carbon emission reduction quotas for the power industry based on a clear“dual carbon”goal.Establish a differentiated scenario for the transformation of the power industry from both the baseline scenario and the acceleration scenario.By establishing a function aimed at minimizing the total cost of the entire society and corresponding constraints,a differential path dynamic selection model is constructed,and the model is used to achieve dynamic selection of power transformation paths.Through examples,it has been proven that the new selection scheme can be applied to practice and can determine the optimal power transformation scheme based on the selection results,thereby achieving the goals of“carbon peak”and“carbon neutral”.
