摘要
移动式集装箱电站由于具备工期短、易于安装的特点,市场应用逐渐增加。由于集装箱电站内部封闭,需配置空调对内部环境进行温度调节,保证设备正常运行。空调的合理配置有利于整套电站的节能降耗,提高整机效率。对集装箱整体进行温度仿真,模拟内部温度分布,从节能角度分析空调配置的合理性,提供了节能型集装箱电站的空调配置方法。由于该集装箱电站位于沿海地区,金属结构易腐蚀,提出该集装箱的防腐方法,实现集装箱电站的可靠运行。对沿海地区节能型集装箱电站的设计开发提出了一种思路和方法,以供参考。
Mobile container power station has the characteristics of short construction period and easy installation,and its market application is gradually increasing.Because the container power station is closed internally,it is necessary to configure air conditioners to adjust the temperature of the internal environment to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.Reasonable configuration of air conditioning is beneficial to energy saving and consumption reduction of the whole power station,and improves the efficiency of the whole machine.The temperature of the whole container is simulated,and the internal temperature distribution is simulated.The rationality of air conditioning configuration is analyzed from the perspective of energy saving,and the air conditioning configuration method of energy-saving container power station is provided.Because the container power station is located in the coastal area and the metal structure is easy to corrode,the anti-corrosion method of the container is put forward to realize the reliable operation of the container power station.This paper puts forward an idea and method for the design and development of energysaving container power stations in coastal areas for reference.
