摘要
本文以某型飞机前起落架收放机构为研究对象,首先从机构自由度的视角验证了前起落架确实具有确定的相对运动;其次利用CATIA V5建立数字样机,并根据机构运动分析进行简化;最后运用动力学虚拟仿真软件ADAMS对该型飞机前起落架收放机构进行了仿真分析。结果表明:机构运动稳定,符合设计和功能要求。本文采用的CATIA V5建立电子数字样机和ADAMS运动学仿真进行动力学研究的方法可广泛应用于各类形式的起落架系统机构研究,也可用于辅助实际教学。
This paper takes the front landing gear retracting and extending mechanism of a certain type of aircraft as the research object.Firstly,the mechanism is shown to have a definite relative motion from the viewpoint of mechanism degree of freedom verification.Then,a digital prototype is established using CATIA V5 and simplified according to the mechanism motion analysis.Finally,the dynamic virtual simulation software ADAMS is used to simulate and analyze the front landing gear retracting and extending mechanism of the aircraft.The results show that the mechanism motion is stable and meets the design and functional requirements.The method used in this paper,which establishes a digital prototype using CATIA V5 and conducts dynamic research using ADAMS,can be widely applied to various forms of landing gear system mechanism research and assistance in practical teaching.
