摘要
喷射混凝土湿喷作业时回弹率高不仅影响施工效率,还造成物料浪费。为解决这一难题,本文针对混凝土砂率、速凝剂掺量、喷射距离、喷射角度等因素进行试验研究。结果表明,针对国道109新线高速公路,结合所用原材料和配合比,喷射混凝土施工中控制以下关键技术参数,即砂率为55%左右,速凝剂掺量为4.0%左右,喷射距离为1.2~1.5m,喷射角度大于70°,可以显著降低湿喷混凝土回弹率。
the main problem is that there is a large amount of rebound causing material waste in the concrete spraying construction.In order to solve this problem,This paper some experimental research has been done on factors such as concrete sand rate,accelerator content,spray distance,spray angle,etc.The results show that control the key technical parameters:55%sand content,4.0%accelerator content,1.2~1.5m spray distance,and spray angle larger than 70°,it can significantly reduce the rebound rate of wet shotcrete.
