安徽省一起放射源辐射事故的原因分析及经验对策

摘要 含密封源仪表测量控制精度高、技术先进,在民用核技术领域应用广泛。在放射源使用、拆卸、贮存等过程中,如果操作不当造成失控,或屏蔽建筑材料不达标造成泄露,会给环境和社会安全带来隐患。本文从安徽一起放射源辐射事故的发现、调查和处置过程,分析造成事故的起因,总结日常管理经验教训,为加强放射源辐射防护和安全监管提出应对措施。 With high precision and advanced technology,the instruments containing radioactive source is widely used in the field of civil nuclear technology.In the use,disassembly,storage and other processes of radioactive sources,if improper operation causes loss of control,or the shielding material does not meet that standards and causes leakage,it will bring hidden dangers to environmental and social security.Based on the discovery,investigation and disposal process of a radioactive source accident in Anhui,this paper analyzes the causes of the accident and summarizes the experience and lessons of daily management,and put forward countermeasures for strengthening the safety supervision of radioactive sources.
