摘要
为发挥民用建筑施工图的指导价值,确保建筑物施工图设计的可靠性非常重要。但在实际编制民用建筑施工图时,依然存在较多现实性问题,因此,论文结合万科瑧山悦项目,对民用建筑施工图设计中的常见问题展开分析,同时提出一系列优化施工图设计的具体措施。通过研究可知,防火、无障碍、平面图设计是民用建筑施工总图中的重要设计内容,是确保项目建设质量的关键。
In order to play the guiding value of civil building construction drawing,it is very important to ensure the reliability of building construction drawing design.However,there are still many practical problems in the actual preparation of civil building construction drawings.Therefore,this paper analyzes the common problems in the construction drawing design of civil buildings,and puts forward a series of specific measures to optimize the construction drawing design combined with Vanke Zhenshanyue project.Through the research,it can be seen that fire prevention,barrier-free and plan design are important design contents in the general plan ofcivil building construction,and are the key to ensure thequality ofproject construction.
