摘要
现阶段采煤机控制与液压支架的控制相互独立。回采工作面的采煤效率由液压支架、采煤机以及刮板运输机的共同施工效率决定。因此,分析回采工作面中采煤机与液压支架的工作特性,提出了采煤机与液压支架协同控制程序。该程序可以实时进行采煤工艺、采煤参数与支护参数的实时交互与修正。采用协调自动控制后辅助人员仅仅2名即可满足要求。同时通过采煤机与液压支架的协同作用,将煤炭的日开采效率提升了5.2%。实现采煤机与液压支架的协同控制不仅可以减小井下施工人员数量,而且可以根据传感器实时反馈的支护参数、掘进参数及时调整煤炭开采与支护工艺,提高煤炭的高效开采与安全开采。
At present,the control of the coal mining machine and the control of the hydraulic support are independent.The coal mining efficiency of the mining face is determined by the joint construction efficiency of the hydraulic support,coal mining machine,and scraper conveyor.Therefore,the working characteristics of the shearer and hydraulic support in the mining face were analyzed,and a collaborative control program for the shearer and hydraulic support was proposed.This program can perform real-time interaction and correction of coal mining technology,coal mining parameters,and support parameters.After adopting coordinated automatic control,only 2 auxiliary personnel can meet the requirements.At the same time,through the synergistic effect of the shearer and hydraulic support,the daily mining efficiency of coal has been improved by 5.2%.Realizing the cooperative control of shearer and hydraulic support can not only reduce the number of construction personnel under the shaft,but also timely adjust the coal mining and support technology according to the support parameters and driving parameters fed back by sensors in real time,so as to improve the efficient and safe mining of coal.
