矿井“H”型通风系统的优化研究

摘要 针对西山煤电集团某矿生产规模不断扩大,矿井需风量不断增加,通风系统面临的通风压力不断增大的现状,基于该矿通风系统通风概况,测定了通风阻力。通过综合分析通风风压参数情况与通风机性能情况,合理分配通风动力与阻力,分析该矿通风网络结构,结合通风管理信息系统,提出优化通风系统的整体方案,并进行仿真应用分析。应用分析结果表明:优化后的矿井通风系统能耗更低,运行经济性更高,安全稳定性更好,实现了节能增效,可为类似工况下的通风系统优化提供参考。 In view of the situation that the production scale of a mine of Xishan Coal and Electricity Power Group is expanding,the air de-mand of the mine is increasing,and the ventilation pressure faced by the ventilation system is increasing,based on the ventilation overview of the mine ventilation system,the ventilation resistance is measured.Through comprehensive analysis of ventilation pressure parameters and fan performance,the ventilation power and resistance were reasonably distributed,and the ventilation network structure of the mine was analyzed.Combined with the ven-tilation management information system,the whole scheme of optimizing the ventilation system is put forward,and the simulation application is ana-lyzed.The application analysis results show that the optimized mine ventilation system has lower energy consumption,higher operating economy,bet-ter safety and stability,and achieved energy saving and efficiency improvement,which can provide reference for ventilation system optimization under similar working conditions.
