高校专修班学生跳远起跳技术的运动学研究

摘要 该文从运动学的角度出发,对高校专修班学生挺身式跳远起跳环节中的着板瞬间和离地瞬间各相关角度进行分析,可以直接反映运动员挺身式跳远动作技术的水平。该文采用实验法、文献资料法、对比分析法、专家访谈法以及数理统计法进行了详细的研究,此外,在实验过程中使用一台日本产JVC-P100AC高速高清体育运动专业摄像机,一部德国novel足底压力采集系统进行运动学实验分析,并记录详细数据,使用豹影软件进行分析与计算,得出挺身式跳远较适宜的各个角度以及踏板时的受力情况。结果表明,田径专修班学生的着板阶段的技术与优秀运动员相差较大,而离地瞬间的技术掌握得较好,只有离地角度有较大的差距,如果想要进一步提高成绩,必须加强腿部肌肉力量的练习。 From the perspective of kinematics,this paper analyzes various relevant angles of the moment of landing on the board and the moment off the ground in the take-off link of back-straightened long jump of college students in specialized classes,the research on which can directly reflect the level of players'back-straightened long jump technique.This paper uses the experimental method,literature method,comparative analysis method,expert interview method and mathematical statistics method to carry out a detailed study.In addition,in the experiment process,it uses a Japanese-made JVC-P100AC high-speed high-definition sports professional camera and a German novel planar pressure acquisition system for kinematic experimental analysis and records detailed data,and it uses Leopard shadow software for analysis and calculation,and gets the angles more suitable for back-straightened long jump and the force when landing on the board.The results show that the technique of the students in the track and field specialized class at the stage of landing on the board is quite different from that of elite athletes,have a better grasp of the skills of the moment of the ground,and only have a big difference in the angles off the ground.If the students want to further improve their performance,they must strengthen the exercises of the muscle strength of legs.
