摘要
依托离岸外包供应链网络,文章建立了由一个OEM和两个CM组成的跨国供应链模型。首先,构建了绿色关税壁垒下供应链不同选择下的斯塔克尔伯格博弈模型,证明了在不同选择模型下供应链企业存在唯一最优决策。其次,比较分析了不同情形下的供应链决策,然后利用数值算例分析关税对价格和供应链利润的影响。研究发现,关税过高时采取低碳技术能有效降低价格,提升利润;在关税较低时,不采纳低碳技术时企业的利润更高。同时,企业的利润随着关税的增加而减少,但是只有关税高于阈值时,企业选择共同采纳低碳技术是占优策略,而当关税低于阈值时,企业选择不采纳低碳技术为占优策略。这表明,在供应链进行决策时,各参与方处于动态博弈当中,做决策时需要考虑供应链中其他成员的行为和博弈。文章的研究可以给离岸外包跨国供应链的企业在是否要采用低碳技术的决策上提供帮助。
Considering an offshoring supply chain network,we established a multinational supply chain which consists of one OEM and two CMs.Firstly,Stackelberg game models with different choices were constructed.We also demonstrated the existence of a unique optimal decision for supply chain enterprises under various models.Secondly,a comparative analysis was conducted on supply chain decisions under different scenarios,and numerical examples were used to analyze the impact of tariffs on prices,firms profits,and supply chain profits.The results indicate that decision-making within the supply chain involves a dynamic game,where the actions and behaviors of other members must be taken into account.When tariffs are too high,adopting low-carbon technologies can effectively reduce prices and increase profits;Conversely,when tariffs are low and the impact is not significant,the profits of enterprises are higher when low-carbon technologies are not adopted.The research presented in this paper can assist enterprises in offshoring multinational supply chains in making informed decisions regarding the adoption of low-carbon technologies.
