摘要
研究了不同后纺处理工艺的超细纤维对超纤革用非织造布力学性能影响。结果表明,纤维的牵伸倍数越大,非织造布的剥离强度、撕裂强度、断裂强度和密度就越高,断裂伸长率越低;纤维的含油率越高,非织造布的剥离强度、撕裂强度和断裂伸长率就越高,密度则越低;纤维的卷曲度越高,非织造布的剥离强度、撕裂强度和密度就越高,断裂伸长率则越低;纤维的含油率和卷曲度不影响非织造布的断裂强度。
The effect of ultrafine fibers with different post spinning processes on the mechanical properties of nonwo⁃ven fabrics for microfiber leather was studied.The results show that the higher the fiber draft ratio,the higher the peel strength,tear strength,fracture strength,and density of nonwoven fabrics,while the lower the elongation at break.The higher the oil content of fibers,the higher the peel strength,tear strength,and elongation at break of non-woven fabrics,while the density is lower.The higher the curl degree of fibers,the higher the peel strength,tear strength,and density of nonwoven fabrics,while the lower the elongation at break.The oil content and curl degree of fibers do not affect the breaking strength of nonwoven fabrics.
