摘要
人口出生率持续下降已经对我国的长远发展构成了严重威胁,政府、社会及理论界对此都十分重视,普遍的认识是,养育成本太高致使人们生育愿望逐渐降低。笔者认为,导致我国新出生婴儿持续减少的直接原因是人们结婚年龄在逐渐延迟和适婚年龄段人口结婚率快速下降;更深层次的原因是教育的发展与经济和社会发展的需要不够同步,导致人们接受教育年限延长致使婚恋市场出现摩擦。
The continuous decline of birth rate has threatened the long-term development of China.The government,society and theoretical circles attach great importance to this issue.It is generally recognized that the high cost of raising children has reduced people's fertility desire.The author believes that the direct cause of the continuous reduction of new births in China is the gradual delay of people's marriage age and the rapid decline of the marriage rate among the marriageable population.Furthermore,the in-depth reason is that the development of education is separated from the needs of economic and social development,which leads to the extension of the years of education for people,resulting in the appearance of friction in the marriage market.
