2020—2021年中医药人才评价研究进展

摘要 人才是中医药发展的第一资源。中医药事业的发展离不开完善、科学的人才评价机制。文章基于中国知网(China National Knowledge Network,CNKI)中文学术期刊全文数据库及相关政策文件开展分析,随着国家人才战略的实施,人才评价机制改革逐步推进,中医药人才评价相关政策也日益丰富发展,自主权逐步下放用人单位,人才评价标准和指标研究逐渐深入细化。加强中医药人才的分类分层评价,制定体现中医药特色的人才评价指标是推动中医药人才战略实施的重要举措。 Talent is the primary resource for the development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).The development of Chinese medicine cannot be separated from a perfect and scientific talent evaluation mechanism.Based on the full-text database of Chinese academic journals of China National Knowledge Network(CNKI)and related policy documents,this paper carried out analysis.With the implementation of the national talent strategy,the reform of talent evaluation mechanism has been gradually promoted,and the relevant policies of TCM talent evaluation have been increasingly enriched and developed,the autonomy is gradually implemented,and the talent evaluation system is gradually improved.It is an effective method and path to further improve the evaluation of TCM talents to continue to improve the classification and hierarchical evaluation criteria,improve the evaluation index of TCM characteristics,and establish and perfect the evaluation mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine talents.
