摘要
模具零件间隙处理规范分为拉深模、切边冲孔模、翻边整形模三大类,其中切边冲孔模与翻边整形模在间隙处理上方法类似,介绍拉深模的间隙处理流程,并对不同项目的2个同类零件进行差异化间隙处理,对比首次研合率和累计研合工时,发现模具零件间隙处理能有效提升首次研合率,缩短整个研合周期,提高模具制造效率。
The clearance treatment specification of die part was divided into three categories:draw-ing die,cutting and piercing die,flanging and sizing die,the clearance treatment method of the lat-ter two was similar.It introduced the clearance treatment process of drawing die,and carried out differential clearance treatment of two similar parts in different projects.Comparing the first lap-ping rate and the cumulative lapping time,it was found that after the die part clearance treatment could effectively improve the first lapping rate,shorten the whole lapping cycle and improve the ef-ficiency of die manufacturing。
