摘要
目的:探讨危害分析与关键控制点(HACCP)体系在口腔正畸质量管理中的应用效果。方法:根据HACCP原理和方法建立口腔正畸科质量管理HACCP体系,2021年将其在某三甲口腔专科诊疗机构应用,对比其在2020年与2021年实施前后的效果。结果:通过实施HACCP方法,确定了首次诊疗方案的质量把控、诊疗中期的质量监控等6个关键控制点。在HACCP体系实施后,医疗质量与安全指标、医疗纠纷发生率、患者满意度方面均有改善,较实施前差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:HACCP体系应用于口腔正畸科的质量管理效果良好。
Objective:To explore the application of hazard analysis and critical control point(HACCP)technology in orthodontic quality management.Methods:According to the principles and methods of HACCP,the HACCP system for quality management in the department of orthodontics was established in 2021.Several quality control indexes before and after its implementation were compared from 2020 to 2021.Results:Through the implementation of HACCP method,six key control points were set,including the quality control of the first diagnosis,treatment plan and the middle stage of treatment.After the implementation of HACCP system,the indexes of medical quality and safety,incidence of medical disputes,and patient satisfaction were all improved with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:HACCP system proves to be good in orthodontic quality management.
