摘要
为缓解林州市水资源供需矛盾,解决供水安全问题,加快推进能源结构调整,将其主要饮用水水源由弓上水库替换为南水北调用水,并将弓上水库调整为林州弓上抽水蓄能电站下水库。通过分析水源地替换的必要性和供水水量与水质安全性,得出以下结论:①林州弓上水库饮用水水源地替代方案无论在水量还是水质上均能满足林州市全域的供水需求,基本不影响林州市供水安全。②弓上水库变为抽水蓄能下水库可以减少碳排放,对推动河南省节能发电调度的实施及社会经济可持续发展具有重要意义。
In order to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources in Linzhou,solve the problem of water supply safety,and accelerate the adjustment of energy structure,the main drinking water source was changed from Gongshang Reservoir to South-to-North Water Transfer Project,and Gongshang Reservoir was changed into the lower reservoir of Gongshang Pumped Storage Power Station.By analyzing the necessity of water source replacement and the safety of water supply quantity and water quality,the following conclusions are drawn.Firstly,the replacement scheme of drinking water source of Gongshang Reservoir in Linzhou can meet the water supply demand of Linzhou city in terms of water quantity and water quality,and basically does not affect the water supply safety of Linzhou city.Secondly,changing Gongshang Reservoir into Pumped Storage Lower Reservoir can reduce carbon emissions,which is of great significance for promoting the implementation of energy-saving power generation dispatching and the sustainable development of social economy in Henan Province.
