摘要
为了克服高压大容量应用需求与电力电子器件耐压通流能力低之间的矛盾,电力电子变压器通常采用数量较多的模块化DC/DC变换器在不同端口以串并联方式组合,来匹配电压和容量要求。高电压应用场景以及多数量功率模块拓扑结构,给电力电子变压器控制器的功能测试带来了极大压力,若控制算法存在漏洞,极易造成一次设备损坏,安全隐患较大。为解决上述问题,此处基于实时数字仿真(RTDS)系统设计了多种电力电子变压器控制器测试方案,并选取了其中一种较为简便的测试方案,搭建了控制器硬件在环仿真平台对控制器的控制功能进行仿真测试,仿真结果验证了所提仿真测试方法的可行性和有效性。
In order to overcome the contradiction between high-voltage and large-capacity application requirements and low voltage and current withstand capability of power electronic devices,power electronic transformer usually uses a la-rge number of modular DC/DC converters combined in series and parallel at different ports to match the voltage and cap-acity requirements.High voltage application scenarios and topology dtructure of multiple power modules,these have bro-ught great pressure to the functional test of power electronic transformer controller.If there are loopholes in control algo-rithm,it is very easy to cause primary equipment damage.In order to solve the above problem,various power electronic transformer controller test schemes is designed based on real-time digital simulation(RTDS)system.Then,one of the sim-pler test schemes is selected,and controller hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform is built to simulate control func-tion of controller.The simulation results verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed simulation test mcthod.
