摘要
目的分析阴道炎五联检验在白带常规检验中的应用。方法选取2022年2月至2023年2月青岛和睦家医院收治的62例阴道炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。均进行阴道炎五联检验和显微镜检验,比较不同检验方法的检出情况。结果阴道炎五联检法的细菌、念珠菌检出率高于显微镜检法,总检出率高于显微镜检法(P<0.05);两种检验方法阴道清洁度检测情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在白带常规检验中采用阴道炎五联检验检出率较高,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the application of vaginitis five combination test in the routine examination of leucorrhea.Methods The clinical data of 62 patients with vaginitis admitted to Qingdao United Family Hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.Vaginitis five combination test and microscopic examination were performed in all patients,and the detection status of different detection methods was compared.Results The detection rate of bacteria and Candida by vaginitis five combination test method was higher than that by microscopic examination method,and the total detection rate was higher than that by microscopic examination method(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in vaginal cleanliness between the two methods(P>0.05).Conclusion The detection rate of vaginitis five combination test in the routine examination of leucorrhea is higher,which is worthy of popularization and application.
