摘要
目的探讨微创超薄贴面与光固化氟释放纳米树脂修复女性正畸后切牙区黑三角的效果。方法选择2022年6月至12月河北以岭医院接诊的100例正畸后切牙区黑三角女性患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各50例。观察组采取微创超薄贴面修复,对照组采取光固化氟释放纳米树脂修复,比较两组牙周炎症指标、龈沟液炎症因子水平。结果修复后观察组牙周炎症指标水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);修复30 d后观察组龈沟液炎症因子水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创超薄贴面修复女性正畸后切牙区黑三角的效果较好,可以降低牙周炎症指标水平、龈沟液炎症因子水平,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive ultra-thin veneer and light curing fluorine releasing nanoresin on the restoration of black triangle in the posterior incisor area of female orthodontics.Methods A total of 100 female patients with black triangle in the posterior incisor area treated in Hebei Yiling Hospital from June to December 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group was repaired with minimally invasive ultra-thin veneer,and the control group was repaired with light curing fluorine releasing nanoresin.The levels of periodontal inflammation index and inflammatory factor in gingival crevicular fluid were compared between the two groups.Results After restoration,the level of periodontal inflammation index in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 30 days of restoration,the level of inflammatory factor in gingival crevicular fluid of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive ultra-thin veneer have a good effect on restoration the black triangle in the posterior incisor area of female orthodontics,which can reduce the levels of periodontal inflammation index and inflammatory factor in gingival crevicular fluid,and is worthy of clinical application.
