摘要
目的探讨儿童保健对婴儿生长发育及营养状况的影响。方法选取2020年8月至2022年8月于傅家镇卫生院检查的68例婴儿作为研究对象,按照抽签法分为对照组(34例)与观察组(34例)。对照组予以常规干预,观察组予以儿童保健。比较两组体格发育情况、神经行为发育情况及营养指标。结果观察组体格发育情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组神经行为发育情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组血浆白蛋白、血红蛋白、总蛋白均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论儿童保健有利于婴儿体格发育、神经行为发育及维持较好的营养状况,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of child health care on infantile growth and development and nutritional status.Methods A total of 68 infants examined in Fujia Town Health Center from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group(34 cases)and the observation group(34 cases)according to the lottery method.The control group was given routine intervention,and the observation group was given child health care.The physical development,neurobehavioral development and nutritional indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The physical development of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The neurobehavioral development of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,albumin,hemoglobin and total protein in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Child health care is conducive to infant physical development,neurobehavioral development and maintain better nutritional sta tus,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
