摘要
目的:探究5S健康教育对点阵CO_(2)激光治疗痤疮后凹陷性瘢痕患者疗效及心理状态的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年11月笔者医院就诊的痤疮后凹陷性瘢痕患者300例,按随机信封法分为研究组150例和对照组150例。对照组接受常规健康教育护理干预,研究组给予5S健康教育干预,两组均干预3个月。干预3个月后,比较两组患者满意率、期望偏差发生率及体象障碍自评量表(Body image disorder self-evaluation questionnaire,BIRS)、焦虑自评量表(Self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、自我效能感量表(General self-efficacy scale,GSES)、简易应对方式问卷(Simplified coping style questionnaire,SCSQ)、面部痤疮特异性生活质量调查问卷(Facial acne specific quality of life questionnaire,Qol-acne)、临床痤疮瘢痕评估量表(Echelle d’évaluation clinique des cicatrices d’acné,ECCA)评分。结果:干预3个月后,研究组患者总满意率高于对照组,期望值偏差发生率低于对照组,BIRS、SAS评分降低程度高于对照组,GSES评分、SCSQ积极应对评分、SCSQ消极应对评分变化幅度高于对照组,ECCA评分变化幅度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:5S健康教育护理干预模式可明显提高患者满意度,降低患者期望偏差,改善患者情绪状态及自我应对能力,提高患者社会生存价值,并可改善患者瘢痕症状,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effects of 5S health education on the therapeutic effect and psychological state in patients with post-acne sunken scars who were treated with fractional CO_(2) laser.Methods A total of 300 patients with post-acne concave scar treated in the author's hospital from January 2019 to November 2021 were selected and divided into the study group(150 cases)and the control group(150 cases)according to random envelope method.The control group received routine health education and nursing intervention,the study group received 5S health education intervention,and both groups were intervened for 3 months.After 3 months of intervention,the satisfaction rate,incidence of expectation deviation and body image disorder self-evaluation questionnaire(BIRS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),general self-efficacy scale(GSES),simplified coping style questionnaire(SCSQ),Facial acne specific quality of life questionnaire(Qol-acne),Echelle d'Evaluation clinique des cicatrices d'acne(ECCA)score were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of intervention,the total satisfaction rate of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the incidence of expected value deviation was lower than that in the control group,the reduction degree of BIRS and SAS scores was higher than that in the control group,the change range of GSES scores,SCSQ positive coping score and SCSQ negative coping score was higher than that in the control group,and the change range of ECCA scores was higher than that in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 5S health education nursing intervention model can significantly enhance the satisfaction of patients,reduce the expectation deviation,improve the emotional state and self-coping ability,and improve the scar symptoms,which is worthy of promotion and application.
