摘要
柱塞泵具有结构简单、耐冲击力强、易于实现高压等优势,是矿用液压支架的心脏。柱塞泵的水平不仅反映一个国家工业发展水平,而且我国高端矿用泵长期依赖进口,因此也是卡脖子技术之一。随着煤矿开采朝着高产高效和安全绿色化的方向发展,矿用柱塞泵面临两大发展趋势:以水为工作介质取代传动润滑液以实现绿色化;高压大流量高功率。介绍矿用柱塞泵的发展历程,在总结国内外矿用高压大功率水压柱塞泵产品现状的基础上,重点分析水压柱塞泵在矿用领域面临的核心技术难题和挑战,并提出应对措施,最后展望矿用高压大功率柱塞泵的绿色化发展趋势。
Plunger pumps have the advantages of simple structure,strong impact resistance,and easy to achieve high pressure,making them the core of mining hydraulic supports.The level of plunger pumps not only reflects a country's industrial development level,but also in China,high-end mining pumps have long relied on imports,making them one of the bottleneck technologies.With the development of coal mines towards high yield,efficiency,safety,and green,mining plunger pumps are facing two major development trends:using water as the working medium to replace transmission lubricants and achieve green development;High pressure,high flow rate,and high power.This article introduces the development history of mining plunger pumps,summarizes the current situation of high-pressure and high-power hydraulic plunger pumps in mines at home and abroad,analyzes the core technical problems and challenges faced by hydraulic plunger pumps in the mining field,and proposes countermeasures.Finally,the green development trend of high-pressure and high-power plunger pumps in mines is prospected.
