摘要
牛儿庄矿是衰老矿井,上组煤已基本开采完毕。井田内尚有大量的超突水系数的下组煤资源,能否开采成为当前急需解决的一个重大技术课题。牛儿庄井田位于华北地区,该地区型煤田岩溶区的下组煤开采都不同程度地受到基底中奥陶统地层岩溶水的威胁,该岩溶水系统补给区面积广、水源丰沛、传导性强,岩溶发育,富水性强。针对下组煤受到基底中奥陶统地层岩溶水威胁的问题,在研究煤层底板突水机理的基础上,结合矿井水文地质条件,井上采取区域治理技术改造奥灰含水层顶部峰峰组八段,井下在增加强排抗灾泵房的基础上,采取综合探查、局部再加固、监控、水害预警等综合措施,达到减灾、防灾的目的,实现下组煤安全开采。
Niuerzhuang Mine is a aging mine,the upper group coal has been basically mined out.There are still a large number of lower group coal resources with super water outburst coefficient in the coal mine field.Whether it can be mined or not has become a major technical issue that needs to be solved urgently.Niuerzhuang mine field is located in North China.The mining of the lower coal group in the karst area of the coal field in this area is threatened by the karst water of the Middle Ordovician strata in the basement to varying degrees.The karst water system has a wide recharge area,abundant water sources,strong conductivity,karst development and strong water richness.In view of the problem that the lower group coal was threatened by the karst water in the middle Ordovician strata of the basement,on the basis of studying the mechanism of water outburst from the coal seam floor,combined with the hydrogeological conditions of the mine,the regional control technology was adopted to transform the eighth section of the Fengfeng Formation at the top of the Ordovician limestone aquifer.On the basis of increasing the anti-disaster pump room,comprehensive measures such as comprehensive exploration,local re-reinforcement,monitoring and early warning of water damage were adopted to achieve the purpose of disaster reduction and prevention,and realized the safe mining of the lower group coal.
