定向斜孔压密注浆技术治理斜井流沙段涌水的试验研究与应用 被引量:2

摘要 矿井井筒涌水量过大会降低井筒安全系数,增加排水费用。针对马福川煤矿主井斜井筒斜穿流沙层涌水量过大的问题,利用定向斜孔分段压密注浆解决已建成井筒漏水过大的问题。基于以往施工情况与地质条件确定钻孔布置,确定注浆材料配方和注浆压力,最终确定沿井筒定向钻探走向布置双排平行钻孔,外层形成骨架,内层压密注浆,效果最为理想。实践表明,治理前后主井筒涌水量由20 m^(3)/h下降为8.5 m^(3)/h,达到了预期效果。 Excessive water inflow in mine wellbore will reduce the safety factor of shaft and increase the cost of drainage.Aiming at the problem of excessive water inflow in the inclined wellbore of the main shaft of Mafuchuan Mine,the problem of excessive water leakage in the built shaft was solved by using the directional inclined hole subsection compaction grouting.Based on the previous construction conditions and geological conditions,the borehole layout was determined,the grouting material formula and grouting pressure were determined.And finally the double-row parallel boreholes were arranged along the directional drilling direction of the wellbore.The outer layer formed a skeleton,and the inner layer was compacted and grouted,the effect of which was the most ideal.The practice showed that the water inflow of the main wellbore decreased from 20 m^(3)/h to 8.5 m^(3)/h before and after the treatment,and the expected effect was achieved.
