摘要
近年来,我国反腐败斗争不断深入,医疗领域不断发展,公立医院廉洁文化建设面临越来越大的挑战和压力。如何建立和发展一种符合医疗领域特点的廉洁文化,成为了当前需要思考和解决的问题。而在探究公立医院廉洁文化建设路径时,沙因组织文化模型可能是一个值得借鉴的工具和思路。基于此,笔者应用沙因组织文化模型对公立医院廉洁文化建设的关键路径进行深入探究,从物质层面、制度层面、假设层面三个方面探究加强公立医院廉洁文化建设的关键路径,为公立医院廉洁文化建设提供新的发展思路。
As the anti-corruption campaign advances and the medical industry further develops in recent years in China,the building of incorruptible culture for public hospitals is meeting huge challenges and coming under great pressure.For us,what needs to be seriously considered and solved at present is how to establish and develop an incorruptible culture in line with the features of the medical industry.Schein’s model of organizational culture may come as a reference for us to explore ways to build an incorruptible culture for public hospitals.On this basis,the author probed into,from the material,institutional and hypothetical perspectives,the key ways to build an incorruptible culture for public hospitals by using Schein’s model of organizational culture.This way,it aims to open up new ideas for the building of incorruptible culture for public hospitals.
