摘要
以钼酸铵分光光度法、钒钼磷酸比色法、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法3种分析方法为研究对象,考察了不同浓度条件下3种方法的准确度和精密度。结果表明,在低质量浓度条件(低于0.08μg/mL)下,考察准确度时应优先考虑电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法。
In this paper,three analytical methods,ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry,vanadium-molybdate phosphate colorimetry and inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry,were used to investigate the accuracy and precision of the three methods under different concentration conditions.The results show that inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry should be preferred when measuring accuracy at low concentrations(less than 0.08 ug/mL).
