承压开采放顶煤试验技术研究

摘要 根据东庞矿北井矿井初设及安全专篇,北井东部可采边界为-300 m等高线,9209试采工作面设计时底板标高已为-281.4 m,因此此工作面为北井南翼最后一个工作面,在不受水害及顶板威胁的情况下,尽可能多回收南翼煤炭资源已成为重点,理论分析工作面顶底板岩层的结构特点,分析得出了工作面具备增加长度,实施承压开采的基本条件。工作长度由88 m增加至96 m后,多回收煤炭资源4万余t,大大提高了采面的可采储量和服务期限,提高了矿井的资源回收率。 According to the preliminary design and safety chapter of the north well of Dongpang Coal Mine,the minable boundary in the east of the north well is-300 m contour line,and the floor elevation of the 9209 trial mining face was-281.4 m when it was designed,so this working face is the last working face in the south wing of the north well.It has become a key point to recover as much as possible the coal resources in the south wing without water damage and roof threat.The structural characteristics of the roof and floor strata of the working face are analyzed theoretically.The analysis has identified the basic conditions for increasing the length of the working face and implementing pressure mining.After the working length was increased from 88 m to 96 m,more than 40000 tons of coal resources were recovered,which greatly improved the recoverable reserves and service life of the mining face and the recycling rate of the mine.
